By the end of this program, you’ll be well-prepared to navigate the LA Care system, utilize essential tools like ClickUp, and deliver exceptional service to client

- You have 5 days to complete all the modules. We recommend staying on track and finishing a little each day so you don’t fall behind.
- Don’t forget to click the “Complete” button at the end of each lesson. This helps the system mark your progress.
- After 5 days, your access to this training will expire, so please make sure to complete all the lessons before then.
- At the end of the training, you’ll take a 60-question quiz to evaluate your understanding. You’ll need a score of 90% to pass.
- Take notes as you go through each lesson. The information covered will be critical to your role as an LA Care agent.
